China Photo Gallery
Shanghai or Shanghai literally: “on the sea” is the most populated city of China (in urban population). It is also one of the largest megacities in the world with more than 24.15 million inhabitants. It is located on the Huangpu River near the mouth of the Yangtze River, east of China. This page of photographs thus lists snapshots made during my trip to Shanghai in May 2015. There are mainly photographs of landscapes made while walking on the Bund, a Shanghai boulevard along the banks of the Huangpu Jiang River.
